5 stars isn’t high enough for Kristie. From my first phone call to her until after I closed escrow she was responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. I was out of state most of the time and we were able to take care of everything over the phone or online. I would highly recommended Kristie to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.

Kristie is wonderful! She is most helpful before and after the sale. I love to hear her cheerful voice on my phone. She offers to help in anyway. I just can't say enough about her. She is also a beautiful person through and through. I am so glad my brother recommended her. And I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!

She was very thorough and in constant contact with up dates and offers. She handled all the inspections for us. We did the whole transaction on line and it went smoothly. Who is Kristie Genoway? The Kristie I know is a take charge kind of woman. We listed our house on July 4th a holiday and she and Chris came to our house to take the listing. Then a week and one day later we had an offer and a closing date of three weeks later. Kristie pulled it off with flying colors. She is very personable, professional and knowledgeable.
